Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item arrived with a manufacturing issue
To qualify for a return:

The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless defective:

Custom-made items

Final sale or clearance items

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

You may be asked to ship the item back to us

After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the product is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on product availability).
Exchanges must follow the same return time-frame of 7 days.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
